Step 4 Someone from the DDA will email you with your ticket information.
Terms and Conditions
- Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a raffle ticket or win a gun.
- Raffle tickets are $100.00 and are limited to 999 raffle tickets. The purchase of only one raffle ticket is required to enter the raffle. Each raffle entry constitutes an equal chance to win. All unsold raffle tickets remain the property of the Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgia.
- Cash and personal checks are accepted for the sale of raffle tickets. Credit cards and Venmo are accepted on a limited basis of availability. Raffle prizes will not be awarded until the check clears the bank. Dishonored Checks are subject to additional fees and disqualification from the raffle.
- Random drawings will be held weekly using Georgia Cash 3 Number Wednesday Evening Drawing. Winners number posted on the website upon verification. Winners need not be present to win. If the winning number is not held by a raffle participant, the raffle will use the next Georgia Cash 3 number drawing until a winning number is selected. A number can win more than once.
- All winners will be posted on the official website at www.downtownblakely.com. Winners will be notified following the posting with instructions as to how to claim your prize. Winners agree to allow Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgia to use their picture on Blakely DDA and Partner websites and/or social media.
- The winning ticket for each prize week receives the firearm printed on the calendar for that week.
- All winners of firearms must complete the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check.
- All firearms will be distributed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws at the following locations: Blakely Feed & Seed, 159 N Main St, Blakely, GA 39823 and The Lead Dispensary, LLC, 2277 S Main St, Blakely, GA 39823
- All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm.
- If the winner is not able to pass FFL Regulations then the winner will receive a gift certificate for store selling the firearm in the amount of the cost that Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgia paid for the gun specified for that week.
- All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, taxes, etc.)
- FFL transfer fees and shipping cost to the winner’s designated licensed dealer are the responsibility of the winner.
- All raffle prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days after the notification is made. All unclaimed raffle prizes become the property of Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgia.
- Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgia reserves the right to modify any raffle prize if needed.
- Weekly information of the advertised guns may vary slightly from the actual gun.
- Prizes are subject to manufacturers’ inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value in the event that a product is not available. The Downtown Development Authority of Blakely, Georgiareserves the right to change any models, etc. of the prizes if need be due to availability, law and regulation changes, etc.
- Calendars and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
